Your driver monitors your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits — no extra charges for delays up to 60 minutes. On arrival, walk through the arrivals hall and look for your name on a sign. No searching, no waiting in taxi queues, no negotiating a fare. Your driver assists with luggage and takes you directly to your destination.
For return transfers, you can book both legs at the same time during checkout.
All prices below are per vehicle, not per person. A family of four pays the same rate as a solo traveller for the same vehicle. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay at drop-off — nothing added.

Do you transfer to safari lodges and park gates
Yes. We go directly to lodges, tented camps, park gates, beach resorts, and private conservancies. Masai Mara, Serengeti, Bwindi, Ngorongoro, Volcanoes, and more. Just enter your exact destination when booking.
How early should I book my transfer?
At least 24 hours before pickup. During peak safari season — July to October and January to February — book 48 to 72 hours ahead to secure your preferred vehicle.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes to date, time, or destination are handled by our support team at no extra charge.
Do you handle large group transfers?
Yes. We regularly coordinate multi-vehicle group bookings for tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Multiple vehicles can be arranged for large groups arriving on the same flight.
